We would like to take this opportunity to announce some changes in regards to our Support/ticket system moving forward.
Today we are proud to unveil our new destination for all things Club Penguin Journey Support at https://support.cpjourney.net/! Here, you can find various Help articles that cover just about any inquiry you can think of when it comes to Club Penguin Journey. These articles are aimed to help answer some of the community’s most frequently asked questions before they have the chance to ask them. If you have any questions in regards to the game, we recommend that you search through our Help articles for a potential answer to your question.
Support.cpjourney.net is also home to our game’s new ticket system. From now on, if you would like to contact a member of the Club Penguin Journey Team for support, you may do so by either opening a ticket on support.cpjourney.net or by emailing us at [email protected]. To open a ticket on our new Support website, all you need to do is select the “Submit Ticket” button toward the top-right of the page at support.cpjourney.net. From there, fill out the fields and then click “Submit request” at the bottom. Any replies from us will be sent directly to the email address you provided in the ticket field. Response times may vary depending on the inquiry as well as the amount of Support requests already opened at the time. So, please remain patient for a response from one of our Support agents.
Now, what does that mean for the ticket system on our official Discord server?
Our Discord ticket system will still remain open, HOWEVER, it will only be used for Discord-related inquiries only. Such inquiries include reporting a user who is breaking the rules on our Discord server (not the game itself). Any Club Penguin Journey inquiries related to your Penguin account or the game itself will have to be requested by submitting a ticket at support.cpjourney.net or emailing us at [email protected]. If you attempt to open a ticket on our Discord server in regards to a Club Penguin Journey Penguin account or game-related inquiry, you will be redirected to support.cpjourney.net for further assistance.
Please note that if you have a Discord ticket opened already, please do not create an additional ticket on support.cpjourney.net about the same issue, so we can avoid duplicate tickets. We will still be answering any outstanding Discord tickets that have already been created, so if you are still awaiting a solution on that ticket, please remain patient while we work to resolve it.
While we understand this new change may take some getting used to, we do hope it makes receiving support a more efficient and organized process moving forward for everyone involved. If you have any questions or inquiries in regards to this new change, please do not hesitate to reach out to us!
