Hail Penguins,
With the Medieval Party now officially underway, what better way to celebrate the biggest party in Club Penguin Journey history than our first Igloo Contest of 2024!
Theme
If it wasn’t already obvious, being that we are currently in the midst of the Medieval Party, the theme of this Igloo Contest is of course Medieval! Transform your Igloo into a magnificent castle or lair fit for a king, queen… or dragon. There’s a ton of different ways you can go with this theme, so let your imagination run wild!
Requirements
- Only one submission per Penguin.
- Must submit entry before deadline on May 28th at 11:59 PM Penguin Standard Time.
- Must adhere to Club Penguin Journey’s rules.
- Must adhere to the Medieval Theme.
Submission Guidelines
Submissions for this Medieval themed Igloo Contest will function a bit differently than the prior two Igloo Contests we’ve held.
Instead of submitting your Igloo from in-game, you will need to submit your Igloo entry to us on our official Discord server.
Note: You must be at least 13 years of age to join and participate in our Discord server!
You’ll see a channel located underneath the Igloo Contest category called #submit-your-igloo. This is where you will submit your Igloo entry to us. In your submission, please include the following:
- Your Penguin Name.
- A caption that better describes what your Igloo represents.
- This is not mandatory to include, but it may help better paint the picture of what your Igloo is supposed to represent in case it’s not already obvious just by looking at it.
- A fullscreen image of your decorated Igloo.
- The best way to do this is to open your Settings menu in-game, which you can access by clicking the “?” button to the far-right of your toolbar at the bottom of the screen. Then, click the button with the camera icon toward the top of your Settings menu (see image below), and select “Yes” when it asks you to hide the interface and Penguins. Doing this will capture a fullscreen image of your Igloo without your Penguin or the interface included. This image will be automatically downloaded as a file to your device. Then, all you need to do is upload that file to the #submit-your-igloo channel in our Discord server.

Prizes
Rewards will be distributed to those who place in the Top 10 of this contest.
The grand prize will be distributed to each of the Top 3 place finishers. The grand prize includes:
- An exclusive Pin
- 10,000 coins
- A feature in an upcoming issue of the Newspaper
- A feature in an upcoming blog post
The 7 runners-up will receive:
- 5,000 coins
- A feature in an upcoming blog post
Judging
The judging process will be carried out thoroughly by the members of the Club Penguin Journey Team who will evaluate each Igloo based on a set criteria.
Please allow at least a couple days once submissions have closed for the judging process to be fully carried out. We are expecting to receive a ton of submissions for this contest, so it will take us some time to go through and evaluate each submission and ultimately decide our winners.
