Happy Monday! We hope everyone has been enjoying all the medieval festivities thus far! The Medieval Party continues this week with some awesome new updates to really look forward to. With that being said, let’s take a deeper dive into what’s happening around the island this week, shall we?
Infinite Tower Changes
First and foremost, thank you to everyone who has shared their feedback about the Medieval Party thus far. We’ve received a ton of helpful comments specifically in regards to our new custom experience, Infinite Tower, and how we can make it an even greater experience for all Penguins. Rest assured, your feedback has been heard! We’ve gone ahead and implemented quite a few changes to Infinite Tower over the weekend that will hopefully help make your overall experience a more enjoyable one.
These changes are as followed:
- Increased the Battle Floor Elemental damage cooldown from 1 second to 2 seconds.
- Increased the amount of Treasure retained when abandoning a run from 10% to 50%.
- Decreased the Highest Floor falloff rate from 10% to 5%.
- Decreased the amount of Floors required for the “Climb without failing” quest from 100 to 75 Floors.
- Added a guarantee for Maze Floor barriers to move after a given time.
- Snowballs can now be thrown using your right-click in Battle Rooms.
- Added a warning when trying to join your Igloo while in the Infinite Tower.
- Coins gained during Infinite Tower runs are now awarded on disconnect.
- Properly synced Infinite Tower music.
- Fixed Infinite Tower dialog randomly appearing.
- Hid the Spy Phone from UI while in the Infinite Tower.
Medieval Party Catalog Update – May 24th
Some explosive new items are hitting the Medieval Market this week! Make sure to stop by the Market (otherwise known as the “Gift Shop” to the modern day Penguin) this Friday to get your flippers on some enchanting new items for sale!
Sir Gary Meetups
The island’s favorite gadget guy, Sir Gary, will continue making visits to our medieval kingdom throughout this week with his custom medieval giveaway. A reminder that his next scheduled visit will be taking place on Friday, May 24th at 8:00 PM Penguin Standard Time!
Medieval Igloo Contest
Our Medieval Igloo Contest continues through this week! You still have plenty of time to submit your medieval themed Igloo to be eligible for some awesome prizes. A reminder that this contest concludes May 28th at 11:59 PM Penguin Standard Time!

Monday Updates
Now it’s time for our regularly scheduled Monday updates! Today’s update features another new pin, which you can now find hidden somewhere around the island.
There is also a whole new set of community events to enjoy. Be sure to check out the Event Board at the Welcome Room to see all the new events that are being held around the island this week!
