Hi there Penguins,
Happy Monday! With the Medieval Party now in the rearview, let’s take a quick moment to reflect on things. Whether you were journeying into the Underground, climbing the Infinite Tower, or defeating the mighty Dragon King, we really hope that you were able to enjoy all the medieval festivities to the fullest. Our team has been extremely grateful for everyone’s support and feedback as we continue to try and deliver memorable content to this amazing community.
With that being said, June is here and summer is in the air now! As the temperature in the air heats up, so does the spectacular content we have coming this summer. It’s going to be a summer to remember with plenty of new memories to be made. For now, let’s take a deeper dive into what’s happening around the island this week as we officially kickoff this month of June!
New Penguin Style – June 7th
The newest edition of the Penguin Style catalog will be dropping this Friday, June 7th! This catalog will be filled with a bunch of fresh ‘fits as we get ready to kickoff the summer festivities.
Penguin Mail Changes
We’ve gone ahead and made a couple changes to the Penguin Mail interface for accessibility purposes.
These changes are as followed:
- Added a “Reply to Buddy” button on postcards that are sent from friends.
- Clicking the “New Message” button now opens the proper menu.
Stampbook Changes
We’ve also gone ahead and updated the stampbook to allow you to decorate your stampbook cover with any flag pin. You may now proudly showcase your flag on your stampbook at any time!
Medieval Igloo Contest
We are currently in the process of evaluating all the medieval Igloo submissions that we received. We can’t express how truly impressed we were with all the entries. A huge thank you to all the participants who took the time to showcase their amazing creativity. This decision has proved to be a very tough one, but we hope to have the results officially revealed within the next couple days. So, be on the lookout for an announcement about this soon!
Monday Updates
Now it’s time for our regularly scheduled Monday updates! Today’s update features another shiny new pin to add to your collection, which you can now find hidden somewhere around the island.
There is also a whole new set of community events to enjoy. Be sure to check out the Event Board at the Welcome Room to see all the new events that are being held around the island this week!
