The new support site lets you handle all your account needs in one place:

Ticketing System

The old ticketing system is now replaced with our new ticket submission process. Select between several different categories of tickets and your message will be sent to our support staff. If you want to submit an infraction appeal, you will need to login to your CPJ account on the support website and then submit while authenticated. For our other ticket categories, it is not a requirement to be logged in!
