Hello everyoneee! Another Monday’s here, and it feels amazing to kick off the week by celebrating the penguins who make our island such a fun and welcoming place.
Please join us in congratulating our 131st Penguin of the Week: Nidgey!
Nidgey waddled onto Club Penguin Journey back in January of this year and has been making a name for themselves ever since. Known for their kindness and the way they brighten every room they enter, Nidgey has become a beloved part of our community. They’re always ready to lend a helping flipper, whether it’s tracking down mascots, answering questions, or simply being a friendly face to chat with.
And let’s not forget about Nidgey’s igloo, home to the legendary Evil Bowling, a fun and quirky detail that even many CPJ mascots know about! In their igloo, their puffle family is thriving with a super high-level buddy at an impressive level seventy-seven, showing the love and care they put into every part of island life.
He was nominated by a fellow community member who had this to say:
“I want to nominate Nidgey for POTW! He is one of my favorite people in the whole community and someone who definitely deserves this award. He is so friendly and helpful to everyone and works hard to bring fun and knowledge to penguins across the island. It always makes me laugh seeing Nidgey ask each mascot if they’ve heard of Evil Bowling, and I’m pretty sure most have acknowledged it too! I think like he’s a CPJ legend and deserves a green viking helmet to go with his signature red one!”
Couldn’t have said it better ourselves! Nidgey’s cheerful energy and constant helpfulness make the island brighter. From mascot tracking to evil bowling, they bring heart to every corner of CPJ, leaving the island a warmer, happier place for all who waddle here.
As always, they will receive 10,000 coins, the exclusive Penguin of the Week background, and in a fun twist, their red helmet will now turn into the legendary Green Viking Helmet as a sign of this well-deserved achievement!
