Hello everyone and Happy Monday! With the Penguin Play Awards in full swing, it feels like the perfect moment to spotlight someone who has poured their heart into the arts. That’s right! It’s time to celebrate our newest Penguin of the Week!
Please join us in congratulating our 140th Penguin of the Week: elderemo!
Elderemo waddled onto the island back in February 2024, and while their name might suggest something gloomy, they’ve been nothing but a bright source of energy and joy. If you’ve ever taken part in one of their many fashion shows, you already know they have a flair for turning the stage into something spectacular. Every event they host is packed with creativity and excitement!
And with the Penguin Play Awards happening right now, it only feels right to celebrate someone who has given so much to the world of CPJ arts.
Here’s what their nominator had to say:
“I would like to nominate elderemo not only because they have been an amazing and supportive member of the fashion community for so long, but also because in recent months, they’ve worked incredibly hard to bring a vibrant theatre scene to Club Penguin Journey. In September, they put on a hugely successful production of Shrek, followed by another fantastic show in October: Scooby-Doo. Nothing that Elder does for the CPJ community goes unnoticed, and they truly deserve the world!”
It’s clear their passion, talent, and kindness have made a lasting impact across the island. From the runway to the theatre, elderemo continues to inspire penguins everywhere.
As always, they will receive 10,000 coins, the Penguin of the Week background, and of course, the Green Viking Helmet.
