Moderators from all around the world, we need you! If you are passionate about online safety, community wellbeing, and keeping Club Penguin Journey a place where everyone feels welcome, this might be the perfect opportunity for you.
Being comfortable with English is important, as it is necessary for internal communication. However, speaking additional languages is a huge bonus! Spanish, Portuguese and/or French, for example, will help us further support our global player base!
What does a Moderator at Club Penguin Journey do? You will work directly with other moderators and leads to ensure the support and safety of players while helping to maintain the friendly and fun spirit of the island.
Basic Qualifications
- A strong understanding of online communities and digital behavior
- Familiarity with CPJ community guidelines and values
- Professionalism, discretion, and strong communication skills
- Availability to moderate and respond to reports regularly
- At least 18 years old
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous moderation experience in games or online communities

Design
Club Penguin Journey is looking for Designers to join our team! Our current design team has been hard at work creating rooms, items, music, and animations, but we’re ready to grow. We’re looking for creative, reliable artists to help bring new content to life.
If you’re passionate about art, interested in working on a fan-made Club Penguin project, and comfortable with digital tools, we’d love to hear from you.
What does a Designer at Club Penguin Journey do? Designers are responsible for creating visual assets for the game. You’ll work closely with other artists and developers to bring events and ideas to life. This includes designing rooms, creating custom items/clothing/furniture, preparing assets, matching the established Club Penguin art style and creating music for the game, and more!
Basic Qualifications
- Comfortable using a digital drawing program
- Experience working with layers and exporting files
- Able to adapt to an existing art style
- At least 18 years old
- Willing to work as part of a collaborative team
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with Adobe Animate or other vector-based programs
- Understanding how to organize assets for use in games
- Previous experience working on personal or group creative projects
